We understand that the ongoing development of BIM requirements on projects can be daunting, and the delivery of COBie data in addition to traditional deliverables can be difficult to manage. COBie (Construction Operations Building information exchange) is an information exchange specification for the life-cycle capture and delivery of information needed by facility managers, and if implemented into your delivery strategy correctly can support project delivery, reduce cost and provide an information platform to expedite asset handover.

We take the worry out of understanding the BIM specification on your scheme by providing an in-depth review of the project documentation, gathering the required data entry requirements, and providing model implementation services to deliver any COBie or data requirements into model files and within COBie schemas.
